Preparation: Ensure that the vacuum packaging machine is in good working condition, and check if the vacuum pump and sealing machine are running properly. At the same time, prepare food, vacuum bags, sealing strips and other items that require vacuum packaging.
Bagging food: Put food into a vacuum bag that has been pre washed and air dried. Try to ensure even distribution of food and avoid occupying too much or too little space in the vacuum bag.
Extract air: Align the sealing area of the vacuum packaging machine with the vacuum bag opening, and then press the vacuum button. The vacuum pump will begin to extract air from the packaging bag, reducing the pressure inside the bag.
Tight sealing: Wait for the air inside the vacuum bag to be extracted and the pressure inside the bag to decrease to a certain extent. Align the sealing machine's sealing point with the vacuum bag mouth and press the bag tightly. This will help maintain a vacuum environment inside the packaging bag.
Remove the vacuum bag: Remove the sealed vacuum bag from the vacuum packaging machine. If necessary, you can double check if there is still air inside the bag. If there is, you can perform the suction process again.
Storage and sharing: Put vacuum packaged food into appropriate containers, such as storage boxes, refrigerators, etc.
